1. Order Processing and Cancellation

• Once an order is received through our online portal, email, phone call, or any other method, it will be considered processed after 36 hours of receiving the order.
• If a cancellation request is submitted before 36 hours of placing the order, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable service charges and taxes.
• If a cancellation request is submitted after 36 hours, no refund will be granted.

2. Document Submission Requirement

• If the user places an order but fails to submit the required documents within 36 hours, the order will still be considered processed, and no refund will be applicable.
• Order processing time is calculated from the moment the order is received.

3. Refund Processing Time

• Once a refund is approved, it will take 15-21 days for the amount to be credited back to the original account from which the order was made.
• No refunds will be processed to any other account.

4. Service Transfer Policy

• Services cannot be transferred to another user unless explicitly approved by the FileAbhi team.
